(Koe no Katachi (Manga) – 150 Words Summary)
The movie of Koe no Katachi is getting closer and closer. It will be premiered on September 17 (Saturday) in Japanese theaters. I’m glad that I’ve read the manga of Koe no Katachi and I’m happy that I will soon see it animated.
For me, it’s one of the best stories I’ve ever read or known. I barely read manga and I always tend to watch anime. But, I gave this one an exception and decided to read it. I’m glad that I read this manga because of how the story is really unique and heart touching.
Given that the manga is rather long and the movie may not cover all the contents of the manga, I hope that even if it may not cover all the contents, it will still capture the essence of the story of the manga. I have high hopes for this upcoming movie and I can’t wait to watch it.
DWMA (Death Weapon Meister Academy) or Shibusen is an academy in Death City that is controlled by Lord Death himself. At first glance I thought it was Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, so I thought of checking it out. To my surprise, it’s a different anime. The pink haired girl in the poster is really similar to the main character of Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica.
I also saw that the studio for this anime is White Fox Studio, the one who worked on Steins;Gate and Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu. In which I pretty much enjoyed both of them. So, I quickly got interested on this upcoming anime worked by the said studio.
It’s pretty obvious that this is a magical girl themed anime. I know that this is going to have a lot of moe, but I’m expecting that it would also have a lot of plot twists, psychological ones to be exact. A combination of moe, psychological plot twists, and of course dark stories are what’s going to make me really interested in the story.
Hatsune Miku is a humanoid persona that is developed by Crypton Future Media. She is voiced by a singing synthesizer application. Hatsune Miku is described as a 16 year old girl with long turquoise twintails. She is widely popular because of her appearance and character design. Miku was the second Vocaloid that was sold using the Vocaloid 2 engine, and the very first Japanese Vocaloid to use the Japanese version of the 2nd Vocaloid engine. Her voice sample was derived from the Japanese Voice Actress “seiyuu” Saki Fujita (Ruri Hijiribe from Durarara!!; Skuld from Sword Art online; Ritsu from Assassination Classroom). Hatsune Miku is well known for performing at her concerts onstage as an animated projection.
Hatsune Miku’s name came from the combination of Japanese words for first (hatsu), sound (ne), and future (miku). If you would put it together, it would simply say as “the first sound from the future”, depicting what the future would sound like. She was initially released on August 31, 2007. Hence, her birthday was yesterday (in a different time zone cause it’s already September 2 when I made this post). And I know some of you may not know her (well, not mostly). No, she’s not in an anime, she’s a Vocaloid.
